 After your purchase, we will contact you via text message or phone call to ask you to send us photos or videos of your pet and yourself so that we can use them as reference when creating the portrait.

 I will create a rough sketch (pencil draft) for your review, and once you have approved it, we will proceed to the final version.
 If you have any revisions or changes, please let us know at this stage.

 Once completed, we will notify you by email of the completion and shipping date.
